In order to view your tickets click on the "Tickets" tab on the the top.
This will take you to the page where you can see your tickets. You have the option to filter your tickets. It will default to Open and Pending tickets. To change that you can just click on "open and pending" on the top left, and choose between "all tickets", "open and pending" and "resolved and closed".
When you click on a ticket it will open that tickets conversation and information. From there you can respond to the ticket (red circles), view the conversation (green circle), view the ticket details (blue circle), close the ticket and add people to the ticket (black circle).
If you ever have a ticket that is closed, then you can reopen it by click on the reply and letting us know that it should be open.
