We recommend submitting a ticket through the support portal instead of emailing one in. To create a ticket you will need to login to the support portal and then click on "New Support Ticket" on any page in the portal.
After that fill in the subject line with what you are having issues with. After you enter in a subject the portal will suggest articles that might have the solution for the issues that you are having. For example in this picture I put the subject as "VPN" (blue circle) and on the right side it suggested some articles that might have the solution to the issue that I am having (red circle).
If you can't find an article that has the solution to the issue that you are having, then fill out the description box and click submit. This will still send an email to your inbox stating that you have submitted a ticket.
