Our knowledge base is a collections of articles that are created to help you with any issues that you may come across during your day. We recommend that when you create a ticket, you create it on the support portal, because our portal will suggest articles that may help you with the issue that you are having. You can also browse through all of the articles by clicking on the solutions tab at the top of the page.

The solutions page has the articles separated by topic. You can either scroll through them, or you can search for an article with the search bar. Our Knowledge base will grow with time, so we recommend looking for a solution on here first before you send in a ticket.
