In order to submit a ticket online, track your ticket and to view some of the knowledge base tickets you will need to login to the support portal. In order to do that you will need to go to https://softwise.freshdesk.com/ and on the top right there is a "login" option. 

Everyone should have an account. If you haven't already logged into the support portal, you will need to click on "Forgot your password?"

Then you will need to put in your check city email or the email for the store that you are working at. After you click "Reset my password" it will send an email to that address you put in with the instructions on resetting your password.

Once you sign in it will take you to the support home page.

From here you can view our knowledge base, submit your tickets and view your submitted tickets.
