After you have logged into keeper and have the chrome extension you will be able to use keeper to fill in your passwords. When you go to a site a small icon should appear in the username/password fields and a keeper pop up in the top right of the window like the image below:
You can click on the "Fill Record" button on the pop up in the top right, or you can click on the symbol in the log in fields and you will get a pop up like this:
Then you can click on the "Fill Record" button. It will fill in the credentials for the site, in this case it will fill in credentials for test1. If it is giving you the wrong credentials, you can click the down arrow and choose the account that you want to use. In the example below I'm changing from test1 to test2:
After you select the account that you want you can select "Fill Record" and it will put in your credentials.
If the Icon and Pop Up don't show up:
If you go to a website and neither the Icon or the Pop Up show up then you can click on the extensions tab on the top right and click the keeper extension or just click the keeper extension. Then you can search for the account and fill in the record. See the below image:
