Navigate to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ and choose "Download 64-bit Version". This will start downloading a file. When it is done downloading, open up the file and it will take you to this screen.
Make sure "Default installation" is selected and then click "accept - next". On the permission pop up select Yes. This will start the installation. When it is done you can open up the teamviewer application and we will be able to remote in.
