We recommend that whenever you have trouble printing something, like a receipt in cashwise, you try to print a test page in windows. To do this you will need to click on start and type in "printers".
This will open up a window with a list of printers that the computer is connected to. To see if the computer will print in windows click on the printer that you want to test.
Then click on manage, this will take you to a new screen where you can print a test page.
If you are able to print a test page then we know that it is probably something wrong with the program you are using, like cashwise. If it doesn't print or gives an error, it is probably something wrong with the printer or computer.
