To protect against hackers we are starting to use 2 Factor Authentication.  What this means is that you will be required to prove who you are using 2 distinct methods.  The first method will always be your username and password.  The second method can be any one of the following:

  • A text message that includes a temporary password to your phone
  • A phone call that includes a temporary password to your phone 
  • An email message to a different email address that includes a temporary password
  • A popup sent through an app on your phone to approve the sign-in


It is recommended that you setup more than one of these methods so that you arent locked out of your account in the event of a lost or destroyed cell phone.
