1. Go to https://portal.azure.com
2. Enter your email address at checkcity.com and click “Next”
   • 
3. Enter your password for that account and click “Sign in”
4. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner, then click “View Account”
   • 
5. Click the “UPDATE INFO” link
   • 
6. Click the “Add sign-in method” link
   • 
7. Click the "Authenticator app" link
   • 
8.  Click the "Add" button
   • 
9.  Download the "Microsoft Authenticator" app (you can use any authenticator app like "Google Authenticator" if you already use it, but IT will only support the Microsoft Authenticator app)
   • 
10.  After you have installed the authenticator app on your phone click "Next"
    • 
11.  On your phone, open the authenticator app and click the plus sign in the upper right corner
    • 
12.  Click the "Work or school account" link
    • 
13.  Click the "Scan QR code" link
    • 
14.  You may (or may not) need to allow the authenticator app to have access to your camera.  If you are prompted for it then allow access.
15. Hold your phone up to your computer screen to scan the QR code with your camera
    • 
16.  On your computer, click the next button
    • 
17.  After you clicked "Next" in the previous step, you should get a pop-up on your phone to approve a sign-in for your account.  Click "Approve" on your phone
    • 
18. On your computer you should now see that your sign-in request was approved.  Click the "Next" button
    • 
19.  You can now use the authenticator app to approve sign-ins with 2 Factor Authentication on your phone!
